Vinification: The grapes are pressed and left to maceration for few minutes, separating the different colour fractions. The must once cleaned, is fermented at controlled temp 12-16°C.
Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete the wine is clarified and stabilized for the bottling.
Sangiovese-based wine, on the nose it offers an intense bouquet of peach and white flowers, fresh and mineral on the palate.
Enjoy at 10-12°C with fish courses, appetizers and soups.
