The grapes are harvested during the last ten days of September. A soft pressing follows. Fermentation at low temperature. Maturation in steel on fine lees for about 1 month, which gives the wine a notable aromatic complexity.
Colour: Straw yellow colour.
Bouquet: Delicate, with white flower scents and white pulp fruit notes.
Taste: Harmonious and soft with a crisp finish
